Digital human modeling is an essential tool to reduce cost and to save time in a design process where humans take the part of users of the design. Considering this phenomenon for a vehicle interior, the importance of the seat track location and adjustment ranges become important. This paper presents the effect of driver and vehicle interaction on vehicle interior layout based on simulation approach. This simulation method includes two optimizations. The first optimization problem is the physics-based seated posture prediction. In order to represent physical drivers, 4,500 virtual drivers are generated based on an anthropometric database-ANSUR. Interaction forces between the digital human and pedal, seat, ground, and steering wheel are incorporated in the physics-based posture prediction. Three different pedal reaction moments (0, 20, and 40 N m) are implemented into the formulation to examine the effect of pedal reaction moment on driver seat location and adjustment ranges. To study the effect of shear forces, the physics-based posture prediction is compared to kinematics-based posture prediction. After posture predictions are completed, individuals' preferred seat locations are used in a second optimization problem to predict the seat track location and adjustment ranges. For a specific vehicle with 20 N m pedal reaction moment, adjustment ranges are predicted as 223 mm and 82 mm in horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. Also, it was shown that shear force due to the interaction between the driver and the seat pan and the pedal reaction moment are both influential to the seat track location and adjustment ranges.Relevance to industryThe simulation model presented in this paper is useful in vehicle and seat design and can be easily used for virtual design assessment in vehicle design.  相似文献

为确定爆破载荷作用下岩体的裂隙范围,应用摩尔-库伦强度准则确定岩石在冲击波作用下的粉碎区;在考虑粉碎区范围、应力波衰减指数改变和岩石三向受力状态的情况下,用Mises强度准则计算裂隙区范围;在不考虑爆生气体在应力波形成的裂隙区损失的前提下,用岩石的断裂韧性来计算爆生气体充满粉碎区后岩石裂隙的二次扩展范围。通过理论计算与现场声波实测值对比,理论计算值比实测值小8.45%。分析表明,该裂隙范围计算方法合理,并可以对类似工况的裂隙范围进行估算。  相似文献

根据反平衡法对电站锅炉各项效率损失进行分析,潜力较大的是排烟损失和未完全燃烧损失,主要影响因素有过量空气系数、排烟温度、燃烧效率;1 000 MW高效宽负荷率超超临界煤粉锅炉的开发采用低过量空气系数设计理念,在炉膛选型、受热面布置、燃烧系统设计、降低锅炉漏风等方面采取措施。与传统设计相比,50% THA负荷下锅炉效率提升了0.96%。  相似文献

We designed and fabricated non-precious and highly efficient electrocatalysts of nickelmolybdenum/copper-nanosheets/nickel-foam composites (NiMo/Cu-NS/NF) by step electrodepositions, combining with chemical oxidation method. The catalysts were charaterized by means of SEM, XRD and XPS spectra. Their electrocatalytic activities were assessed by hydrogen evolution reactions (HER) over a wide pH range, where acidic, neutral and alkaline electrolytes were used, respectively. Benefiting from the unique midlayer Cu nanosheets (NS) architecture and optimum Mo–Ni composition at the surface layer which led to high electronic conductivity and large electrochemically active surface area (ECSA), the NiMo/Cu-NS/NF-2 catalyst displayed superior electrocatalytic activities with low overpotentials of η10 = 43, 86 and 89 mV in 0.5 M H2SO4, 1.0 M PBS and 1.0 M KOH electrolyte, respectively. Especially in the acidic condition, it exhibited the best electrocatalytic activity with smaller Tafel slope of 54 mV dec?1 and higher exchange current density of 1.93 mA cm?2.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new technique for displaying High Dynamic Range (HDR) images on Low Dynamic Range (LDR) displays in an efficient way on the GPU. The described process has three stages. First, the input image is segmented into luminance zones. Second, the tone mapping operator (TMO) that performs better in each zone is automatically selected. Finally, the resulting tone mapping (TM) outputs for each zone are merged, generating the final LDR output image. To establish the TMO that performs better in each luminance zone we conducted a preliminary psychophysical experiment using a set of HDR images and six different TMOs. We validated our composite technique on several (new) HDR images and conducted a further psychophysical experiment, using an HDR display as the reference that establishes the advantages of our hybrid three-stage approach over a traditional individual TMO. Finally, we present a GPU version, which is perceptually equal to the standard version but with much improved computational performance.  相似文献

A method to determine the electric conductivity of water continuously and directly at elevated temperature up to 300°C was developed which can be applied as a sensor for corrosion behavior foreknowledge and diagnosis systems using water chemistry data of BWR primary coolant. Complex impedance was measured between a couple of parallel platinum electrodes installed with a constant distance and dipped in the water. By analyzing frequency dependence of the impedance, the resistivity of the water between the platinum electrodes was estimated separately from the impedance caused by surface reactions on the platinum electrodes, which was the source of error in the measurement of electrical conductivity at elevated temperature.

Increase of necessary frequency to obtain the surface impedance at elevated temperature was evaded by the extrapolation of the frequence dependence of the impedance with calculations by using the data up to 100 kHz in which electric conductivity shows negligibly small dependence on the frequency of applied voltage.

The measured conductivity of pure water up to 300°C showed a good agreement with the calculation based on the dissociation data of water, which shows the applicability for the in-line monitor of electrical conductivity at elevated temperature.  相似文献
